Well, that was a surprise!

The hotel provided a cute atmosphere with attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great balconies. Just a three-minute stroll to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun. The food selection surpassed expectations, especially the delicious local dishes available at the buffet.

Fairly clean hotel, good breakfast, the location is excellent close to the old shopping center is a short walk, very central and shops. All the rooms are reasonably large and newly renovated with separate beds and the staff is pleasant. The salad bar is superb, enjoyed this place. I would happily return and would recommend it to friends...

It's the third time at the hotel. We'll definitely come back again.

A nice anniversary surprise

We adored the bottle of champagne and the delicious treats waiting for us upon arrival. The staff's hospitality was really good, and the sea view from our room was amazing.

Unfortunately, the hotel did allow some children , which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. We had anticipated a purely adult setting for our retreat.

Lived on the 8th floor and sea view was beautiful.

Room cleaning was on 3/5.

The location exceptional and brilliant to restaurant nearby. A great selection of food at breakfast like eggs and bacon.

The shower was good.

We struggled with the inadequate pool area, as there were no enough sun loungers for the number of guests. Every morning, it was a hassle to secure a place at the beach or the pool, with the necessity to queue early. The food quality was disappointing, with limited variety and an uncomfortable restaurant atmosphere.

I liked the location, as it served the purpose of my visit.

The only thing I didn't like, was the fact I had to pay to park at the hotel

Very small pool, bad room cleaning.

The hotel boasts updated rooms with refreshing walk-in showers and excellent food variety for all meals that keep it interesting.

The staff were very nice and helpfull. The room was very clean.

Did not like the food. We went to restaurant early for meal and there was a queue. We went later on to try it out and the staff were clearly not happy as they were setting up for the next service. Even had to wait in a queue to make toast/

Having been before, we were disappointed at the changes in the hotel, ie, the food was always cold and not very appetising. The all inclusive card which used to allow 2 drinks per person per day at the beach bar, has now been reduced to just 1 drink per person per day. Lack of activities and evening entertainment.

A very large group of teenage boys who were on a rugby tour, but were staying in the hotel between matches, comandiered the swimming pool and made it unpleasant for toddlers and smaller children

The evening meal had limited options, while the pool area was too cramped .

The welcome from Staff on arrival. The friendly, professional help given by reception/cleaning staff/restaurant. The card system for All inclusive - even though at first I felt the plastic beakers for drinks wasn't to my liking - I did realize that this was the best way to avoid breakages especially at the pool side. Cleanliness - perfect. Linen/Towels - spotless. Food - very good choices, nice presentation and always replenished. Table cloths & napkins - so nice not to have paper!

Pool - rather small and having to go down metal steps into pool whick unless agile makes this difficult. Too deep in shallow end for children 6 yrs and under. Bar staff. The two older (in charge?) men were often very rude and upset almost every customer. Some examples of what happened to me,daughter,2 grandsons 4 & 6 yrs. 6 yrs old queued for over 10 mins and then was told to go to the back of the queue....we had joined the queue and were 8 places behind and told one of the staff what we had seen. He said 'It wasn't him', but pointed to the other. He was aware and let it happen. Another time I was told that I could not have 2 drinks ,that I had to go outside and come back. I had the a/i card for the 4 yr.old and he had a pepsi and took it with him. Exactly the same for the 6 yr.old and he took the drink with him. I then asked for 2 lemonades on my own card and he refused point blank to give me 2 drinks. I was furious, complained to him quietly and it made no difference. I am 70 yrs old and had not had any alchol drinks that day. My daughter later had 2 lemonades and the customer in front was given 4 drinks on 1 card. It would appear they make up their own rules. This behaviour by these 2 staff members is unacceptable and spoilt the good service given by the younger members of the bar staff. Good service cannot be measured - bad service can. This needs to be rectified quickly as so many reviews on 'Trip Advisor' repeats what I have said.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff's friendliness really stood out . We loved the fresh local cuisine, especially the Singapore noodles that were a good surprise. The pool area felt cramped, made finding a sunbed challenging, and the limited drink service could be frustrating at times. While the dining options were good, the buffet occasionally lacked variety on certain days.
